II. SUNSHINE CITY SAIGON POLICY 03-2019
1. Sunshine City Saigon Policy 03-2019 for soon payment customers
- Discount 10% apartment price (VAT not included) for customers who paid 95% apartment price (VAT included). Payment must be in 20 days after signing Sales and Purchase Agreement.
- Discount 6% apartment price (VAT not included) for customers who paid 70% apartment price (VAT included). Payment must be in 20 days after signing Sales and Purchase Agreement.
2. Sunshine City Saigon Policy 03-2019 for customers who applied loan from VPBank
Customers just have to pay 25% apartment price. VPBank will lend up to 70% apartment price (VAT included, not include 2% maintenance fee). Receiving disbursement within 10 days after signing Sales and Purchase Agreement.

A “Giving Gold” promotion program launched by Investor for Customers who are signing Sales and Purchase Agreement. And disbursement from Bank under Sunshine City Saigon Policy 03-2019.
- For buying Apartment:
- Gift 3 taels of 9999 gold for 2 bedroom apartment right after receiving disbursement from Bank.
- Gift 4 taels of 9999 gold for 3 bedroom apartment right after receiving disbursement from Bank.
- Gift 5 taels of 9999 gold for 4 bedroom apartment right after receiving disbursement from Bank.
- For buying Officetel: Gift 2 taels of 9999 gold right after receiving disbursement from Bank.
Customers are gifted in 10 days after receiving disbursement from Bank. Customer will have to pay personal income tax section for this gift.
3. Others Sunshine City Saigon Policy 03-2019
In addition to the above terms, according to the Sunshine City Saigon Policy 03-2019. Customers can also receive discounts and other incentives when buying wholesale from 10 apartments or more. For buying wholesales, please contact hotline ihousel directly as bellow for more details.
Other discounts or incentives have not mentioned in this Sunshine City Saigon Policy 03-2019 still applied following previous policy of Investor Sunshine Group.
