With the current need of apartment products and the “hot” of Sunshine City Saigon project. The price of Phase 2 will surely be higher than Phase 1. The selling price of apartment in Phase 1 is from 45 million VND (~2,000$) / m².
According to the prediction of ihousel, the price of Sunshine City Saigon Phase 2 will increase from 50 million VND (~2,300$) / m². This means that the price increases minimum 10% ~ 15% compared to Phase 1.
