January 13, 2019 has considered the first mark of Sunshine Group in Saigon real estate market. The Announcement Ceremony of Sunshine City Saigon project and the Opening for selling of Tower S1 attracted many customers to attend. The selling rate up to 90% show the “hot” of project coming from Investor Sunshine Group.
Sunshine City Saigon Phase 1 marked a successful step of Sunshine Group. In 2019, the real estate market has been expected to be scare source of products. Sunshine Group continuing to launch quality apartment products in large quantities, it will somehow “relieve thirst” of Saigon customers.

The wind propellers design help customers in Tower S7 of Sunshine City Saigon enjoy relaxation when enjoying the cool natural wind, while experiencing panoramic views opening to outside space at each apartment.
Modern design with 38 floors and surface coated Low-E glass, Tower S7 will be a next mark from Investor Sunshine Group. The Investor has not officially announced the floor plan of Tower S7 now, but according to ihousel, the apartment density will not be more than 14 units/floor. The number of corner apartments with nice view are up to 50% of the apartments in a floor.
Looking on the project perspective, customers can see Tower S7 located in area of cluster of 3 Towers S7 – S8 – S9. According to ihousel, if compared with Towers S2-S3-S4-S5-S6, the Tower S7 does not have the best view. However, Tower S7 will be located nearest Ca Cam river compared to other towers.
This obviously helps the residents of Tower S7 of Sunshine City Saigon to have more enjoyable experience with the waterfront park right at the foot of Tower S7. In addition, the area inside of Towers S7-S8-S9 will be the larges pool and lake landscape area of project.
About vision, 1/3 of Tower S7 of Sunshine City Saigon will look towards Ca Cam River and Phu My Hung area. The rest will have internal view and existing residential areas outside the project.
With the current need of apartment products and the “hot” of Sunshine City Saigon project. The price of Phase 2 will surely be higher than Phase 1. The selling price of apartment in Phase 1 is from 45 million VND (~2,000$) / m².
According to the prediction of ihousel, the price of Sunshine City Saigon Phase 2 will increase from 50 million VND (~2,300$) / m². This means that the price increases minimum 10% ~ 15% compared to Phase 1.
