What is privacy?

Privacy is an inviolable right of personal and family secrecy. Privacy is the most important human right for mankind. Privacy has been recognized by the United Nations as a human right to be protected. And in fact, many countries around the world have recognized and protected this right.

In Vietnam, privacy is also one of the most important personal rights for individuals. The Civil Code 2005 specifies the right of privacy as follows:

“The right of privacy of an individual is respected and protected by law” (Article 38).

E-Transaction Law (Clause 2, Article 46) stipulates that

“… the collection and publication of information and materials on private life must be agreed upon by such persons, unless otherwise provided for by law; All correspondence, telephones, telegrams, other forms of electronic information of individuals are secured, confidential and controlled. These shall be carried out when required by law and subject to the decision of competent authorized state agencies”.

What will be collected by ihousel from customers?

We only collect information that you share when you sign up for an account, post real estate and / or sign up for a newsletter. All of this information is strictly protected by our high level of information security standards. We do not collect information about customer behavior on the website ihousel.com as other websites.

We do not warrant or undertake that the security technologies used by ihousel may completely prevent the unauthorized access of the property owned by ihousel.

Will ihousel.com transfer my personal information to a third party or any other individual?

We commit to never share or provide personally identifiable information, which may help to identify individuals. Any information that is shared or publicly disclosed by ihousel will be transformed into general, aggregated and unidentified information.
