• 4% discount on Apt. price (w/o VAT) in case of paying 50% Apt. price right on signing S.P.A.
• 6% discount on Apt. price (w/o VAT) in case of paying 70% Apt. price right on signing S.P.A.
• 10% discount on Apt. price (w/o VAT) in case of paying 95% Apt. price right on signing S.P.A.
