Typical layout - 21 apartment layouts Tower A1 - A2 - A3 Sunshine Diamond River at ihousel is all came from its own investor, Sunshine Group. More information about this project will be display in links at the end of this page (if any).
Project Sunshine Diamond River includes 11 tower (upadating) located on land sized 643,535 sqm. Tower A1 – A2 – A3 are opening for selling in Sunshine Diamond River Phase 1. The project is announced on Aug 10th, 2019.
Tower A1 – A2 – A3 Sunshine Diamond River will be 3 towers located right at the entrance of the project and at frontage of Dao Tri street. When looking at these 3 tower on map, customers can regconize the view of Tower marked A will have not perfect view to Phu My bridge and Saigon River. However, Those have wide view towards Phu My Hung and all South Saigon area that is only 5 minutes away from the project location.

- Tower A1 – A2 – A3 Sunshine Diamond River will be 3 towers located right at the entrance of the project and at frontage of Dao Tri street.
- Tower A1 will have best view in 3 towers marked A.
- View of Tower A1:
- North side: View to Phu My bridge, Saigon river and District 2.
- South-West side: High-floor apartments will have full view to Phu My Hung Urban Area and South of Saigon.
- Another side have internal area view with landscape lake inside of project.

- Tower A1 – A2 – A3 is 40 floors high.
- Floor 1 – 3 is for commercial purpose. Floor 3A – 40 is for residental apartments.

- Apartment density: 21 units per floor. Especially, 20th floor will only have 18 units per floor. Sunshine Group will leave area of 3 apartments for residental rescue area.
